it was in secondary for 2 weeks its just now starting to carbinate

I brewed a watermelon wheat batch a while back its been in bottles for about 3 weeks. I popped the first couple tonight and they have hardly any carbination. I added the usual amount of priming sugar as i have on all my other batches. Would letting it conditionn in bottles a while longer help...

I have a 6 gallon plastic bucket that I use as a primary fermenter. I also have a 1 gallon car boy I was thinking about using to try different things in secondary. The excess space from taking out the gallon won't hurt anything right?

My dusseldorf alt has been conditioning in the bottles for a couple days a 10 degrees below the recommended temp is this bad or will it be ok
