    I have a beer that is ready to bottle. It's a pilsner. 5 gal. I'm going to bottle carbonate it. I was thinking 6 oz of corn sugar. Would I add additional yeast before bottling?

    I'm looking for some sourness. I'm more worried about the fresh juice shortening the beers shelf life.

    I am currently making a wheat beer and was toying around with the idea of adding fresh citrus juice and zest to the secondary. Is there any risk to this? Cheers
