    Just finished cleaning up from 10 g Raging Red batch. Sippin on a Hopwork Orange. Football, food and maybe a nap! Cheers, havent brewed for a couple months...Good to get my feet wet, literally. lol

    Drank more Citra Dbl IPA, cause I got 10 more gallons in kegs almost ready to get the gas.

    Drank some of this incredible Citra Double IPA. 7.58% not bitter, very citrous forward.

    Brewed up another 10G batch of Fizzy Yellow... Cheap n easy. Tapped a keg of the Citra DBL IPA brewed over a month ago. Mmm. Its so hard to wait sometimes. lol.

    Brewing 10g of a Citra Dbl. IPA. 31# grain bill i believe is the largest ive tried in this 18 gal MT Nugget and Citra in the boil with Citra and Amarillo Gold dry hop additions.

    What I did for beer today

    Assembled brewery parts, quick clean, crushed grains, filled up HLT, added my water additions. Hopefully keg 10 gals of a blonde ale and clean up the fermenter while brewing, ready for this batch.

    What should I buy?

    Temp controlled chronical! Your beer temp can easily be 2, 3 or more degrees higher than ambient room temps. If your room can get to 72.... not the best. Get that outa the way, then carry on knowing youll be makin great beers! Cheers!

    First try at Raging Red. LHBS didnt have Melanoiden malt, subbed Amber in a pinch. Could be more red during the mash... but good and clear in sight glass just above the RIMS tube. It'll be good beer. But still gotta try it with the right ingredients.
