Place to buy plants? (Yakima, WA)

If you weren't able to get any roots last year, I think the order is going to be going in again in the next couple of months. Let me know if you're interested.

    American Amber Ale Mojave Red

I'm just finishing up primary with this. Had to sub chocolate. I have 2 oz of centennial leaf that I'm thinking of using to dry hop. Do y'all think that's too much for the style?

    Fresh hops that turned brown

I was able to get a few ounces of fresh citra hops. There were a bunch in a garbage bag, and I gragged a couple of handfuls. They were warm and wet when I got them. As I've set them out to dry a little while waiting for an ale to finish primary (I'm going to dry hop w/them), I've noticed that...

    Citra Hops

I'm brewing a fresh hop pale ale, and used chinook and centennial in the boil. I plan on dry hopping with citra. After reading these posts, I'm not sure what to expect. I'll have to try and let y'all know how it turns out.

    Simcoe hops

Simcoe and Citra are owned by the same people. I happen to know where a field is planted, and know which vines are which. Can't see myself sneaking a rhizome though. The owners are good people, and are letting me sample some fresh hops from the vines. They're also the first certified organic...

    Hello from Yakima

Heya Robin, welcome. There's a local group that likes to homebrew. www.yakimabrewers.org Worth checking them out. Ceg and I have a raincheck to drink beer one of these nights. Maybe it could be a group get-together. I just emptied a couple of my kegs, so I won't have beer for a few weeks, but...

    Greetings from Wisconsin

I think Spotted Cow is an unfiltered wheat? I could be wrong, since it's been so long since I've had that tasty tasty brew.

    Heading to Yakima

There was a place that had it on tap about a month ago. I don't expect it to still be there, but I hope the replacement is just as good.

There's a place on the 2nd floor where Bert's is, called the Hopvine (same place where the Warehouse used to be). Last time I was in there (one month ago +/-) they had Abyss on tap. Mmmmm.....
