Home Brewing Biography
I began brewing in a small Brooklyn apartment. I enjoy finding techniques to save space, time, and otherwise make it easier to brew more often. I moved to a house in the suburbs and on to all-grain after reading about BIAB. I replaced my crappy electric stove with a 3500W Avantco induction plate. I just added a recirculation pump and planted my first hops. A dedicated brew space is laid out in the shed and when that’s done it will really be game on.
Future Brews
Maibock of my own recipe, what I call “House Beer”. I’m doing a “continuous use” method of reusing the fermenter immediately after emptying it.
This Christmas, I’ll do a “hot chocolate chipotle stout” which I call “Feliz Navidad”.
