I no longer see Pam in the Brew on Premise.....and Jack runs the brewery.....I know Chris is an avid hunter and fisherman....my guess is that what he is doing now.

I've seen both....the latest batch had the fancier caps. It was my belief that just the restaurant was sold, not the production brewery....I eat there once a week on the average....Jack(Sauce) runs the brewery.

I've noticed the same about the taste.....it fluctuates a bit from batch to batch......thought it was just me. I'm still following this thread, but working a lot of O.T. and haven't had time to brew lately. I probably have drank more Rajah than anyone here.

It's the malt that makes it, really straw blonde in color.....but great tasting....have a growler in the fridge right now.

I hear they use Columbus to bitter.....and Simcoe and Amarillo to flavor & dry hop....

I'm curious to see how close you think it tastes compared to the real thing. It's been hard to get here....I stop in at the restaurant a couple days a week to look for it.

Try Yakimahops.com ....they have everything.....I don't work for him, but buy from him often.

1oz Columbus @60 1/2 oz Cenntennial@30 1/2oz Citra @30 1/2oz Cenntennial@10 1/2oz Nelson@10 Dry hop 14 days with 1oz of Centennial, Citra, Nelson, and Summit. I based it on what Jack hinted on if you read back thru his hints. Any other ideas would be welcomed by me....

Chris stepped away from running the production brewery side to do other things....Jack(Sauce) is running the production brewery....I had problems with my siphon and clouded up my batch and it didn't turn out as good as planned....the recipe needs to be tweeked a bit. I noticed the restaurant...

I had big probs with my corny keg. I carbed it up but barely comes out of the picnic tap....I ordered a new poppet and liquid out connect for it......I had a prob with the siphon out of the secondary and broke siphon and had to let the last couple gallons sit for another week to let the yeast...

Any updates? Have mine on co2 for almost two weeks at 12#.....gonna sample today.

Looks like two weeks in the secondary dry hopping.....will continue to clarify there.....hopefully it turns out great...anybody else working on theirs still?
