I can confirm the Home Depot Magic Chef 6.9 will hold 3 ball lock kegs and a 5 lb CO2 tank without a collar. The lid may or may not be pushing down on the lines a bit. I have one ball lock keg in it without a collar and the lid clears the beer line but pushes the gas line down maybe 1/4 - 1/2...
