Fermentation can take 24 to 72 hrs to show visible signs.
Mr. Beer doesn't really bubble. Just wait the 14 days for fermentation, bottle it, and then I let mine wait a little on the longer side (for the Mr. Beer directions) - another 14 days. Also, when adding the sugar to the bottles for the Mr. Beer brews, be on the conservative side, as adding too...- brom911m
