Does anyone know of a source for finding out malt specifics? I keep running into the problem where my software doesn't have a certain malt in its database and when I go to add it in I can't find all of the info I'd like to have for it.

I'm about to purchase the Ferrari Champagne floor corker I think. It handles champagne and regular cords and it can be turned into a capper just by slapping on an attachment. I think it runs about $120 and the capper attachment is about $20 so it is a little more expensive than the colona one...
I know a lot of champagne bottles can be capped as long as you buy the 29mm replacement housing for you wing capper which is only a couple of bucks. Then you could have 1.5L bottles of your brew.
