Ready to brew again
Unfortunately my hop crop went in the toilet. Never have used pellots . Is there a big difference ? Do pellots have a experation date? Assume that following the recipe with the amount of pellots is a must . As with fresh hops I was able to adjust my mash as I wanted.- Brian D

Fresh hops turned brown
Just harvest my Hops. There was some browning which I thought was normal , had them in thd garage airing out now 90% of them have turned brown. Was planning to brew this weekend is it ok to use them ?- Brian D
