@D.B.Moody you shared this recipe with me a while back. Civil Life Brown is one of my favorite beers. I brewed it and should be kegging this weekend. I'll let you know how it turns out! Cheers!
@DBhomebrew @D.B.Moody That's one of my favorite beers in the world from my favorite brewery. I will echo your thoughts. If that comes out anything close, I'm brewing this right away!
Update: Turned out fantastic. Super drinkable, but still have great banana/clove flavors. Not sure what peoples issues with WB-06 are because it worked great with this beer. Picture below
If it makes the OP feel better, I too have dropped the wrapper from the LME in my brew. One of my first brews, I ran the can under hot water to loosen the LME. Well, that made the wrapper slippery and it slipped right off and into the brew. Oh well... it continued to boil I'm sure that killed...

Also, I kind of like my beers hazy - depending...
My stout just got finished. I'm in love with it. I would post the recipe, but I'm at work and also lazy 😂 . It's pretty straight forward but came out great.

We would drink a couple of those BEFORE going into a bar thinking it would help us save money because we were getting drunk...
Am I the only one that doesn't siphon from my kettle to fermentation vessel? I just dump it in after cooling and maybe leave the trub that settled at the bottom of the kettle if possible. If not, oh well. It will all settle out during fermentation before i siphon to my keg.
When adding wort to...
