    When to rack to secondary

    i appreciate the adivice, and have been taking original and final gravity readings, subtracting, etc...My issue is more of how to predict fg...in more than one brew we've used syrup solids or honey to bring up abv, so I dont feel i can go by what the kit instructions are saying the projected fg...

    Does everyone rack to secondary??

    if ive no way to crash cool, will my beer still be ok in the primary for 2-4 weeks? wouldnt fermentation be done by then anyway?

    maybe i should already know this, but how do u devise what the expected final gravity will be? and isnt there a danger in opening the primary over and over again to take readings?

    When to add coconut...

    So has anyone done this successfully, tried a coconut tea that i scraped the fat and oil off of and got no flavor, i did this to avoid the issue with head retention...I brew in 5 gallon batchs, would really appreciate any new info on when to add, how much, and how to prepare...normally i do one...

    How To Add Pineapple?

    At what point did you add the pineapple juice? Ive read that it can cause odd flavors, did you have any issues with that?
