    Dear All Thank you for the advice and input. Dear JayJay, the beer is now between 24-26 C, depending on the time of day. The readings are from a hydrometer, not refractometer. No Glucose was added into this beer. Kind Regards

    Dear Vale 71 Thank you for the quick response. I really appreciate it. I will give the beer another two weeks before bottling. I will definitely use a lower level of priming sugar, but I won't be back to test the beer for another 6 months (minimum) as I cannot travel with it. Once again, thanks!
