I agree with you! When I started brewing the things I came into all sorts of new flavors that I had no idea about.

If you could only give one tip to somebody to teach them how to make great beer, what would it be?

I have to come up with a brewery name. So far I've been going with H22 because that was the apartment I started in. Apparently that's a popular naming scheme!

I'm going to need to get a kegging setup going soon! Starting to have to many batches running at once!

I think the lifetime membership might be the way to go. But of course it depends on how much you like the hobby! I have been doing it for a while, but I don't know if I am ready for that yet!
