    In re the cold crash/suckback questions. I have the space(usually) to put both my Fermonster and the attached keg in a fridge.     What I did for beer today

    Brewed my first raw ale today, Kornol. Made a juniper infusion too, my kitchen smelled like a Christmas tree. Could definitely pick up the juniper in the sample I’m excited to see how it turns out.

    Still had nothing last night around 8, so started focusing on the gas post. Occurred to me I was using brand new disconnect so I lubed up the post, and voila. Woke up with four gallons of star San in my bucket, thanks again everyone!

    What beer style do you think would do well with a plum addition?
