Not quite finished but thought I would post some pics. I still need to attach tile, wire up light, and attach backsplash. I used a GE 5.0 cu. ft. freezer Holds 2 5 gal cornies, and a 3 gal on the hump. I can't wait for this to be completed.

I was in the same boat waiting for my stir bars. Here is what I did. I had a quick disconnect drill bit that was broken, you know, the hex shaped ones for a drill driver. I broke the remainder of the drill portion off then wrapped it in teflon tape. Worked great.

I will definitely use this one. I have another larger one I found online but this one is perfect. Like you said it is simple to do but I just never got around to it. Thanks!!!
