    Ok! The champagne yeast is for the sparkling, bubling lighting mouthfeel you have in champagne or sparkling wine or cider. For the dry finished too i read it can help. It's a good suggestion to add sugar after (candy?). But the major point is... if i don't do the champenoise thing, it doesn't...

    Yeah! I would like to build a golden belgian ale recipes with zesty flavor and little oak soak in chardonnay white wine.     Thanx for the recipe. I brew this porter yesterday. I remplace the maltodextrine by dextrose. My original gravity was little bit low (1.058). Maybe because i have a bit more than 5 gallon. I'll keep you in touch! *Sorry for my english, i'm french canadian!
