I always pitch 2 packs of s05 per 5 gallons and still throw oxygen pre pitch. I never get peach flavors or any esters.

Anybody have any success with this? I have two 7.1 freezers and it doesn't fit in either. It is my fault for not measuring, but I am cool with buying another freezer.
