    When to coat a cheese and how long to flavor it

    I bought some cheese last year and haven't been able to find it again, since it's seasonal apparently, so I have decided to try and make it myself.     Temp to high? Cannot get clean break with curd?

    Hi, i'm sort of new at Cheese making myself (about a year now) but you say you started it off around 105 degrees? The suggested set temp is 86 so i'm thinking that nay have been a factor. Bob

    Looking for Barley that has been used to make Whiskey

    I apologize for the double posting. I was able to obtain some barley from a local craft whiskey distillery that they cracked for me then soaked it in their own whiskey. Cheers.

I would use it to coat a hard cheese to infuse the barley whiskey flavor into it. I would like to buy about a pound...
