So I've been liking the wheat beers for drinking on hot days and I'd like to try my hand at making one. I've been brewing for 2 years know (all grain) and I am just curious if there is anything different to making wheat beers vs barley. Any input would be great, tips, links, encouraging words...
I have an old fridge in my garage that I would like to use as a fermenting chamber. The warmest the fridge gets is 45*C. is there a easy way to get the fridge up to 55*C-65*C. I think I heard someone say that you can do this with a aquarium temp control.
Any thoughts on this...
I get about 4-5 kegs out of my 5lb co2 bottles. Having an empty co2 bottle does not seem to affect flavor, but with no co2 it won't pour....
I would definatly get another co2 bottle nothing sucks more then running out of co2 when its too late at night to buy more.
