    Im looking for a good, no water watermelon wine. I grow a good many crimson sweet watermelons. They are so sweet its about like eating candy. I hear its a tough wine to make due to watermelons spoiling but ill give it a try

    First time Peach wine HELP

    Yooper...back in the summer when i picked then i halved them and pitted them. Put them in a ziplock freezer bag and froze them. When i thawed them i crushed them by pressing with a mallet and my hands. Yes i have them in (2) 5 gallon carboys which are both filled to the 4 gallon mark

    Ok i just strained out the spent blackberry pieces and lees. And squeezed all the juice out. I have a guestion. I have almost exactly 5 gallons of liquid right now. I did a 5 gallon recipe and those that have read the recipe i used see where i add 1 pint of water per gallon 2 more times...

    Thanks for the advice. I had read this morning ( not on this forum) where it would kill yeast if added at the same time but maybe they were only referring to wild yeast like mentioned above. Thanks again
