    Which charcoal smoker do you have?

    I have this grill as well, and I love it! There was a bit of a learning curve going from the Barrell style, but it didn't take long and now it is amazing . I cook with it, grill, smoke and bake and everything comes out delicious!

    Curious.... what vessel do you use for pressure fermenting/spunding? Is it tall and thin like a corny keg? Or more squat like a flex or fermentasaurus? Does shape make the difference?

    Hey this sounds pretty cool! In this method, are you able to accomplish this and also, naturally carbonate with the fermentation Co2? Or do you use your co2 this way and force carbonate later?

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

    Smoked a pork butt for 8 hours yesterday and it came out great!!! 1st time I tried this and I will make changes next time, ie: take it off heat a little sooner and wrap it. It was a great first attempt!
