That yeast will be fine. Just keep your fermentation temperature in the appropriate range and you should have a well attenuated and clean tasting IPA.

My digital scale has broken and I am in the middle of brew day as we speak and still need to weigh out my hops. I was hoping someone could tell me roughly how much of cup of hops (both whole leaf and pellet) weigh in ounces, so I can have a rough idea of how much hops I'm adding. Thanks

It's not that tricky. With whole hops you may to divide the hops into two bags, because otherwise it won't fit. Usually I can get about 1oz in with no problems. Then to get the bags out I just use a sanitized bottling wand to fish out the bag.
