I'm getting ready to brew your famous oatmeal stout this week and all I've got on hand is the windsor, do you recommend any changes to the recipe that go well with this yeast? Thanks!

I've gotten my order from a (kind-of) local brew store and they got my order wrong. I wanted to see if I can still make something nice from it so I'm looking for advice to see what could work well with the ingredients that I have.
