    I assume you used the recipe from post #57? Seems like this will be a pretty tight mash in a 10g water cooler mash tun. Any ideas besides doing two seperate mashes? Did you repitch yeast for bottling?

    Yes, I used WLP002. I fermented around 69-71 degrees, ill raise the temp and see if that gets me anywhere and probably order the other yeast. Should I re-agitate when pitching?
