BeerNutz....Are you still happy with your Maltmill? I've used the Barley Crusher for a couple of years. Experienced the wear out problems described in many of these articles....and the pain of starting a bit of grain, hoping it keeps spinning to the end of the batch, etc. It might be time...

I agree with the comments about poor service. Some of their staff, in particular, Cheers James J are rude, arrogant, disrespectful and condescending. I no longer do business with them because of it. I see no change in the homebrew market as there are plenty of other suppliers.

I just got about 1/2 mayonnaise jar of pure yeast from a brewery.(thanks a lot) But now my question is: How much do I use to make a starter to pitch into my wort?

I'm just looking forward to putting up a tree this year. While paying for our wedding, SWMBO and I had a small apartment and had no room for one. The smell of the pine just reminds me of my childhood.

Can't really say it's my favorite beer, but I've been drinking it a lot lately: Blue Moon Just got back from Munich and it seems to be the closest to the German Hefes. SWMBO loves to mix Blue moon with coca cola too. <----Something she picked up in Munich:mug:

Would it be alright for some one to show up who has no all grain experience? I want to go all grain soon, but I'd like to see the process before i invest the $$ and more importantly ruin probably my first batch of beer.:D

Welcome to the forums Not a bad kit for the price. I would rather have a glass carboy than a plastic fermenter, but some people prefer the plastic too. Good luck with your 1st batch.:drunk:
