    Man, I love Apfelwein

    Well I bottled this about 2 weeks ago. It is delicious, I recommend added different apple varieties to spice up the flavor. This one tastes more tart and I quite like it. :mug:

    I have done another one with a little pear juice and cherry juice added. To bring out the cherry flavor I was thinking of adding in some maraschino cherries. Has anyone done this during bottling? I imagine I'd need to buy the more natural ones without preservatives.
