I'm just starting to get into the homebrewing gig. I actually have not begun yet...just doing lots of reading and salivating. I started my "good beer" journeys when I was 21. There was a store that sold all kinds of singles so I decided to start sampling, and get away from the domestic crap of my college days. I began with wheats because I had brewed a dern good one with a friend while in culinary school. I have since moved away from them and am now dangerously hooked on IPAs. I keep wanting to try darker beers (which is the most recent addition to my tasting endeavours), but if there is an intriguing IPA, I just can't pass it up.
