its been one week bottle condititoning and i wanted to try one it does not taste bad but it has a little bit of a bitter after taste and it is kinda think when i pour it will the after taste go away long it sits
no i dont know what the og was cause i broke my hydrometer the day of the brew i checked it before i bottled it and it was about 1.005 1.010 and yes it is my first brew
ok i have a idea and i am want some oppions on it i have a soda stream soda maker it has the co2 tank in i am woundering cause you fill one of those bottles with the wort and add the co2 that way unsted of bottle condtioning
i made some hard cider from 100% juice and bottle conditioned it i tryed some today and it is like a dry champiane with a lil hint of apple anybody have any suggestions for the next batch i did not use frozen contrate to bottle with i use sugar but dont me wrong it is not that bad

i tryed to blow in and open and close the valve and nothing its cloged with hop pellets how do yall about getting them uncloged and what can i do to provent this should i just take out the stainer
