    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

    Mine finished fermenting in a little over two weeks and then I bottled. I just opened one today after two weeks in the bottle and it tastes great. I'd skip the secondary unless you're trying to clear it up. I figure this one is just meant to be a little cloudy.

    Brewed this one up (10/6) and just opened a bottle today. OG was 1.056 and FG was 1.004. I basically followed the same receipt, but only went with 1 tablespoon of spice instead of 1.5. I baked the pumpkin for about 65 minutes since I'm at a higher elevation. I also used a pound of rice hulls...

    Cracked open a bottle after two weeks. The rosemary was a bit overwhelming. Waited a week and tried another one. The rosemary had mellowed quite a bit in just a week. The rocky head on this one is awesome!

    Gravity stabilized at 1.003 and I bottled it this weekend. The rosemary and pepper definitely came through. Glad I did not boil the rosemary very long. Certainly a unique Saison. Can't wait to pop one open in a few weeks.

    Boiled up this recipe a couple of weeks ago and I have a couple questions. First off, I followed the recipe except I used Czech Saaz in place of the Fuggle (LHBS didn't have whole Fuggle) and I added a bit of fresh rosemary the last 5 minutes of the boil. OG was 1.056. Pittched at 72 degrees...
