I've been meaning to pick up a lifetime membership and the discount with the giveaway has sealed it for me. Count me in :-)

My only concern is I hope they still have some Bells Oberon or Amber in the bottle so I can harvest their yeast. Otherwise I will need to buy a new fridge and start stocking yeast.

How big is your water bath? What is the temperature inside your garage? Also what is the aquarium heater rated for? If your trying to use a 5 gallon rated heater in 15 gallons of water when the air temperature is cold your little heater may be doing the best it can.

Kevin have you tried either the Rouge pacman ale yeast yet or used some harvested bells brewery yeast? Or do you know anyone that has tried either of them. I have both washed and waiting to be used in my fridge so thats why im asking.

Lemon mead.... has anyone tried to make it like you would a cyser. I was thinking 3 galons of lemonade with 6 lbs honey topped up to 5 gallons. What are peoples thoughts on this?
