    I got the 82 bottle tree for Christmas but cant seem to get the vinerator to fit on top with the atachment supplied?? However both are great!! i was a bit sceptical regarding the vinerator but it's a good peice of kit.

    I lernt on Sunday while half way though bottling a batch of stout (my first stout) that if I held the syphon against the inside of the bottle it wont foam up as much :-)

    Dragon Stout Clone Recipe

    I'd like a clone of this also.. Have been thinking that a Guinness Foreign Extra recipe could be adapted to give the sweater flavour of Dragon Stout... I'm too new to brewing to know what to add though.

    Re-using infected bottles?

    i've had some really dirty bottles which after i cleaned them put them in the oven on a low setting just to be sure.

    I'm not sure what the law is over here in the UK but i wish i'd known how "easy" making a simple beer was when i was younger... me and my buddies could have been drinking homemade ale rather than Super Strength Lagers on a park bench..

    so i just finished my first Hoegaarden and i have to say

    over here in the uk Franziskaner dunkel is cheaper and very tasty. I really like bluemoon but being imported from over the pond is pricy for a small bottle... Shame it cant be licenced to one of our brewerys.
