This beer came out amazing. Too bad it's damn near a pound of hops for a 10G batch with the shortage of amarillo this year. I would love to do this one again. maybe after my brew season is over if I have enough hops left.

I have brewed this recipe several times, it's pretty much my house ale. Brewed it 2 weeks ago but added 3# of rye to a ten gallon batch. Just racked to secondary and dry hopping. will see the results by new years

Did ten gallons of this saturday. og was around 1060 guess I got a better extraction then anticipated. its bubbling its ass off right now. Cannot wait for this to be done. It's real similar to my ryeIPA which I use amarillo and simcoe but add 2 lbs of rye. very tasty as well.
