    hi, I'm about to brew a honey beer, does anyone have any tips or suggestions? also will brown sugar work?

    pear cider

    no not pressing, just got some 100% pear juice from the supermarket. I only did a 4lt batch to start with, it's bubbling away just nicely so far, cause pear juice is very cloudy, I'm guessing the final product won't be crystal clear.

    yeah the brand is brigalow I think, I havnt herd many good reports on the final product, will definitely just use apple juice next time I reckon

    sorry its not about beer, but does anyone know if I need to add extra sugar before I bottle my cider, it's a pre-mixed one that came in a can.??
