a little update... i drank it anyway - didn't drink large volumes in one sitting, and i think effected a few of the flavours. but hey.. i survived :mug:- benjabrew

hi there.. i'm about to bottle my IPA, so cold crashed my 3Gal overnight, but.. forgot to take the airlock out! for the airlock.. i had a short hose running into a glass bottle with about a pint of steraliser solution.. so when i went to bottle thismorning, i noticed its sucked about half a...- benjabrew

Hot weather
Hi there. I am kinda new to brewing. I've done only a couple of the coopers can kits. And now I'm trying the Thomas coopers pilsner which requires a slightly lower temperature ... Trouble is we're having a heat wave here (33 degrees outside) so i am having trouble keeping it at 18-22. So...- benjabrew
