I watched Troll 2 for the first time last night. I've slept it over and thought about it for a while... I think it is the worst movie I've ever seen. Awesomely bad.

Definitely the latter. It is EXTREMELY gory, possibly the goriest movie I've ever seen. However it's not like "Hostel" gory where everything seems realistic. It's very obviously fake so it didn't bother me too much.
