My wife went to "Crafty Ladies" here in Denver last night and Upslope presented their portfolio. They showed off their "Patagonian Hops" and left about 8oz behind which my wife grabbed. Anyone have any info on them so I can play around? Thinking of doing a SMaSH 1/2 batch with them this weekend...
Popped a smack pack I just bought from LHBS and opened it after the wort was chilled only to get a powerful whiff of rotten eggs. Has anyone else had this happen before?
When did you add the Vanilla, I'm planning on brewing on Sunday. Luckily I can play around with a bunch of post-primary iterations from the many 1 gal Carboys I've collecter over the past year.
