    Belgian Wit Yeast: Experiences/Favorites

    I have a WLP400 that has been in the fermenter for 4 weeks. Looks like it is done but very milky still. Also a sulfur smell to it still. Do any of you clear the beer? gelatin in secondary? i know it is suppose to be somewhat hazy, but right now it is too milky... will the sulfur dissipate in...
