I started brewing with my dad in 1964. Yeah, I'm an old-timer. I have brewed just about every style of beer ,,, some good, some not so good and a few I poured out. I try to keep 8 kegs in my larger kegerater which has 8 taps & 2 in my Summit Tower Type Kegerater in my office. I have 2 chest freezers fermentation chambers. I have 7 carboys a 14g conical and 2ea 7g ss brew-buckets. For brewing with my 10g water cooler that I use with a 7g ss kettle, my 15g 3 pot keggle rig I built almost 25+ years ago. My newest & largest rig is a 3 kettle 25g Direct Fire Rig with 10" banjos & standing pilots. I am currently experimenting with a Honeywell Intermittent Pilot Spark Ignition controls for it.
I have won several club competitions over the years but I mostly like to brew beer that "I" like.

On deck are; an American Hefe, a Northern English Pale Ale, a Hoppy Amber, an American Pale Ale, an IPA and a Ginger Beer that the gals love.
