It sounds like your fermentation may have stalled out. Im not an expert by any means, but it should be ok, the Brett tends to clean up and cover up a lot of stuff and the brett might complete the fermentation the rest of the way.

Ive never filtered mine, I just bottle it and let it sit in the fridge until it clears (1 to 3 days). There is always sediment but thats part and parcel to this stuff
I've only been brewing Buch for a few months, but I can tell you that it looks really good. The top layer of mine looks like a freakshow compared to yours but still makes great stuff. Just let it ride and let the taste and aroma guide you.
