How do you clean your lines?

when I blow a keg, then clean it, I mix up a pint of BLC in the keg, and run that through the lines. I let it soak a half hour, then flush with water.

    Vienna Lager Revvy's Vienna Lager

I brewed this as my superbowl beer this year. Yeah, I've been 'sampling' it. Wow Revvy, this is fantastic! The maltiness of this brew just amazes me! It is one of the best that I have done!

    Nelson Sauvin hop pairings?

I think the dry hop is a bit heavy. Both Citra and Nelson are so aromatic that they really can use a light touch in dry hopping. It is odd to have those hops in a rye IPA, but it could shine! I do an IIPA with Nelson, Cascade, Centennial & Willamette, it is a thing of beauty.

    Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout

4 oz of brewed coffee is not going to do much. I'd wager it is 4 oz of coarsely ground coffee steeped for several days, that is one method of doing it.

    Keezer fans

I just use an old power brick off some computer speakers. Works plenty fine. I installed an extra outlet on the back of my keezers collar for it.

My first try at an Imperial IPA... My own recipe...

it seems like a lot of chinook at the 60 minute mark. I tend to prefer more late hopping in my IIPA's, and not so much on the long boil.
