I'm looking for a freezer that can fit two 6.5 fermentation buckets. Are there any current 5.5s that would fit these? The ones in the OP seem to be discontinued.

Are there any home brew clubs in Essex county? I see a lot for southern Jersey but not too many up north. I know there's one in Bergen but was hoping for one in Essex.

I'm having some trouble figuring out the best way to train myself to taste the different ingredients in different beers. What's the best way to do this?

It's only been in the bottles for a little over 2 weeks. I will wait and see if it mellows out. Ill have to cut down the ginger next time I brew it!

FG was 1.023. No clue what made it taste sweet to me.

Just cracked one open yesterday. Very good but a bit too sweet for my liking. Maybe ill use a little less honey next time! Happy with it either way!
