    Basement brewing?

Yeah, I'm going to look into building a bench hinged to the wall I think. Other than that, I can use a bucket with my chiller, or run a house to a drain. I'm manning up damnit!

    Basement brewing?

Welp.... I had bid on a condo and it won!!! The forecasted closing date is September 27th, so I probably won't be doing any brewing until I'm into the new place. It's cool tho, I have enough beer to get me through until then. Here's the only catch. It has a small one car garage, not big...

Bear Brewing Works. I, at one point, had a large beard, to which my friends started calling me a bear. It wasn't till much later I found out what they meant by calling me a "bear."

If you could only use 1 yeast strain for the rest of your brewing life...

Bell's strain. They use it for Pale Ales, Stouts, Ambers, IPAs, and even an American Wheat. It's a versatile little strain.

    Bell's Yeast Strain

I've got an Amber carbonating right now that I used cultured Bell's yeast in. I've heard many theories on what their yeast is, including mutated 1272, and mutated 001. That strain's used in almost every beer they make. I know two exceptions are the Winter White Ale, and Hell Hath No Fury... Ale...
