I have that exact kettle. Would love a quality bag to BIAB larger batches. My BIAB setup only does 2-3 gallons at the moment.

In that situation would you bond the Neutral and ground from the Spa panel to the plug into the wall like you would do when wiring the dryer to the 3 prong plug?

It is just a smaller version of a 3 wire dryer outlet configuration. Where you would bond the ground and the neutral on the dryer and I believe they are bonded at the panel. How do you guys deal with grounding when using the dryer outlet

It is 3 conductor but from what I read on the NEMA 10-20 it is 2 hots and a neutral, originally installed for window AC units.

I understand how a manual mode on a PID works. I just like the idea of a knob as opposed to buttons. To each their own

Is there any reason that the SSVR couldn't be wired inline with a traditional SSR output? My thinking is that after I am done mashing and want to boil I could just set A PID to like 250 and control the intensity of my boil with the SSVR Knob
