I have hop pelets that I want to dry hop with. Should I steam them first to avoid contamination? Also I was thinking about wrapping them up in coffee filters; teabag style, to make my life easier. Thoughts?
Could someone please tell me the pros and cons of dryhopping in the primary fermenter after fermentation has taken place? I don't want to use a secondary but I want to add them hops. -Thanks
