I just finished a brown ale as few days ago. Currently fermenting. I added a few extras to the recipe and Im pretty excited to see how it turns out. Added maltodextrin and just a tad (2tsp) of chocolate powder....

This is what's in my closet at the moment. Oatmeal stout and a Hefe. The hefe is on its second week, the stout is about to go to secondary. Enjoy the pic!
So the recipe says to bottle once beer is fully fermented...so do I keep it in the fermentor until I get constant gravity readings? How long do hefes normally sit before bottling?
