Bread yeast is never a good decision. Wait it out, fermentation will NOT take place in 2 hours. As others have stated, patience is key.
You'll probably still make beer, but your process has a lot of improving to do. Your process will improve if you just keep reading and trying.

I think from the pictures you left the grains in during the boil. As far as I know, the grains are meant to be steeped at 150 degrees F, and no more, because a hotter temperature releases a bitter flavor.
The next time you brew, it'll get easier...
Must be normal, cause I just racked my first brew to the secondary yesterday, (need to update signature) and it had the same bitter taste. No off flavors here either, no banana taste either......
