    I actually don't know. My roommates girlfriend cleaned up and my info is MIA. I'm going to make another batch this week.

    This is my first cider. I used a simple recipe (simply apple brand juice, pectic enzyme, red star champagne yeast, clearing agent). One week in primary fermenter, 2 weeks in secondary. Back sweetened with apple juice concentrate and left in bottles for 3 weeks. It's pretty good, a little tart...

    Really, I'd imagine they'd be ok with that. So if I don't use priming sugar or any other method of carbonation I'll be ok? I intend to drink it in the very near future.....
