I think it would be good with any clean finishing strain, if you're looking for a crisp, clear cream ale. Otherwise, other yeast would work but would definitely impact the flavor, for better or worse, depending on what you were looking for. I've brewed this with Nottingham, Muntons, and US-05...

I've been brewing my Vienna version of this for the last 5-6 times, but a few weeks ago I decided to brew the original, using US-05 yeast. Turned out absolutely fantastic.

I use Lutra in most of my hazy IPAs and I go grain to glass in 7 days. I also only do a half hour boil and no boil hops, whirlpool and dry hop only (and a bit in the keg). This yeast is a beast. My hazy IPAs usually have an OG of 1.062 and finish around 1.008 by day 5. That's when I keg it...

Looking for your opinion on hops for a hazy IPA. I start heating strike water in 45 minutes, but I won't be adding hops until whirlpool after boil. So, I've got about 3 hours or so to decide. I am set on Bru-1 and Cashmere. I'm actually okay with just those two, but feeling like a third player...

I always use Safale US-05 dry yeast for my blue moon clone. Turns out great.
