I am a re-beginner. I homebrewed back in the 90s, but didn't pick it back up when I moved up to Alaska. Now I am ready to get back into it. I love IPAs, and the Redhead loves ESB.
My other time-consuming, tasty hobby is smoking meat. I do pork and the Redhead does beef briskets.
